摘要
目的:探讨微生态制剂对小儿急性感染性腹泻患者血清炎性因子肠黏膜屏障功能肠道菌群的影响。方法:选择本院于2018年2月至2018年5月所收治的71例急性感染性腹泻患儿,随机划分为35例样本组与36例研究组,两组患儿在入院以后,所采用的常规治疗方法均一致,研究组在样本组的基础之上,给以口服微生态制剂干预,评价指标有临床症状(腹痛、腹泻与脱水)改善时间,血清因子水平,黏膜功能以及肠道菌群等。结果:研究组患儿腹痛、腹泻与脱水改善时间均明显少于样本组,P <0.05,具备统计学意义。研究组患儿血清因子水平恢复情况明显优于样本组,P <0.05,差异具备统计学意义。研究组患儿黏膜功能与肠道菌群恢复情况明显优于样本组,P <0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论:采用微生态制剂对小儿急性感染性腹泻治疗过程进行干预效果极佳,疗效显著,值得在临床中进一步应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of probiotics on serum inflammatory factors,intestinal barrier function and intestinal flora in children with acute infectious diarrhea.Methods:71 cases of acute infectious diarrhea in our hospital from February 2018 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into 35 sample groups and 36 research groups.The two groups were in the same routine treatment methods.The research group was given the oral microecological agents and evaluation indexes on the basis of the sample group.There were clinical symptoms(abdominal pain,diarrhea and dehydration)improvement time,serum factor level,mucosal function and intestinal flora.Results:The improvement time of abdominal pain,diarrhea and dehydration in the research group was significantly less than that in the sample group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.The recovery of serum factor level in the research group was significantly better than that in the sample group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.The recovery of mucosal function and intestinal flora in the research group was significantly better than that in the sample group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The effect of microecological preparation on the treatment of acute infective diarrhea in children is very good,and the curative effect is remarkable.It is worth further popularization and application in clinic.
