摘要
目的分析自血疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年6月—2018年6月皮肤科收治的60例寻常痤疮患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组法,将其分为观察组30例、对照组30例。观察组患者采用穴位自血疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗痤疮,对照组采用常规穴位自血疗法进行治疗。以3周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察两组治疗前后皮损消退情况、皮肤恢复状态,评定综合疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为80.00%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自血疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗寻常痤疮是一种疗效显著、安全、可靠的治疗方法。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-blood therapy combined with acupuncture and collaterals cupping in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 60 patients with acne vulgaris in dermatology department from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into 30 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group.Patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint self-blood therapy combined with puncture and collaterals cupping therapy for acne,while those in the control group were treated with conventional acupoint self-blood therapy.3 weeks were taken as one course of treatment,and after two courses of treatment,the regression of skin lesions and skin recovery status were observed before and after treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-blood therapy combined with puncture and collaterals cupping for acne vulgaris is an effective,safe and reliable treatment.
