摘要
目的分析路径式带教对手术室护理教学质量的影响。方法选取自2015年7月—2017年6月在我院手术室参与实习的护生70例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(35例)和研究组(35例)。对照组护生采用常规跟班式带教法,研究组护生采用临床路径式带教法。比较两组护生的考核成绩、教学质量评分和对带教的满意度状况。结果研究组护生的理论、操作和综合能力成绩、教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护生对带教的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论路径式带教法可增强手术室护理的教学质量,提高实习护生的综合能力和操作技能,增加护生的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of path based teaching on quality of nursing teaching in operation room.Methods From July 2015 to June 2017,70 nursing students who participated in the practice in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(35 cases)and research group(35 cases).Nursing students in the control group were taught by routine follow-up teaching method.Nursing students in the study group were taught by clinical pathway.The assessment scores,teaching quality scores and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory,operation,comprehensive ability and teaching quality of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The path type teaching method can enhance the quality of nursing teaching in operation room,improve the comprehensive ability and operation skills of nursing students,and increase the satisfaction.
