摘要
目的探讨参与式教学法在护理学基础实训课程中的应用效果。方法随机将2个护理本科班学生分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=50)。在护理学基础实训课中,对照组按照常规教师主导课堂的形式教学;观察组通过学生课前参与备课和备物、课上参与讲课、操作代表参与指导组内学生技能操作和考核评价的形式实现参与式教学。结果观察组除静脉输液术外3项期末技能考核成绩显著优于对照组,自我效能和自主学习能力(除信息素质外)得分显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在护理学基础实训课程中采用参与式教学法可提高学生的技能考核成绩、自我效能、自主学习能力,从而提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of participatory teaching method applied in a training program of nursing basics.Methods Two classes were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group (n=50) was subjected to traditional teaching method,while the experimental group (n=52) was subjected to participatory teaching:students participated in teaching preparation and material preparation before classes,gave lectures during the class,and student representatives coached other group members for skills and examination.Results In four final skill examinations,the experimental group scored significantly higher than the controls except the exam of intravenous therapy; the former also had higher scores of self-efficacy,and autonomous learning ability(except the dimension of information quality)(P<0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion Application of participatory teaching method in a training program of nursing basics could enhance nursing students′ skill levels,self-efficacy,and autonomous learning ability.Therefore,the teaching quality is improved.
