摘要
就齿轮钢球化退火的机理进行了研究,结合18CrNiMo7-6高合金齿轮钢的原始组织特点,制定了4种不同的球化退火工艺方案。从球化率、硬度均匀性等指标分析各种方法的优缺点,并对各工艺球化的机理给出了合理的解释。
The mechanism of spheroidizing annealing of gear steel was studied.Four different spheroidizing annealing schemes were worked out according to the original microstructure characteristics of high alloy gear steel 18CrNiMo7-6.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed from the spheroidizing rate and hardness uniformity,and the mechanism of spheroidizing annealing is explained reasonably.
