摘要
采用超声波辅助提取法浸提胡萝卜中的多糖类化合物,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计对胡萝卜多糖的提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,浸提温度对胡萝卜多糖的提取具有显著性影响,胡萝卜多糖超声辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶40(g/mL),浸提时间75 min,浸提温度70℃,超声功率420 W,在此工艺条件下胡萝卜多糖提取率高达18.43%。验证实验表明,正交试验法优化得到的提取工艺稳定可行,可作为胡萝卜多糖提取的一种有效手段。
The process conditions for extracting polysaccharides from carrot with the assistance of ultrasound were optimized by the orthogonal-array-design on the basic of single-factor experiments. Results showed that extraction temperature was the key factors that affected the extraction of polysaccharide. The optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide were as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶ 40(g/mL), extraction time 75 min, extraction temperature 70 ℃ and ultrasonic power 420 W. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of polysaccharide from carrot was 18.43%. The optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable, and it could be used as an available assay to extract polysaccharide from carrot.
