摘要
目的:一支箭为瓶尔小草属植物,药用历史悠久,具有清热解毒、活血散瘀的功效,主治乳痈,疔疮,跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,毒蛇咬伤,黄疸,犬伤等;含有黄酮、挥发油、甾体、萜类、酚酸及鞘脂等多种化学成分,目前已从该属中分离鉴定出80个化合物。现代药理研究表明,一支箭的粗提物或单体成分具有抗肝炎、抗胃溃疡、抗菌、抗氧化、促进伤口愈合和血凝集等作用。本文对近年来国内外在该植物组方应用、化学成分、药理学作用方面的研究概况进行了综述,为该药材合理开发提供科学依据。
Objective:Ophioglossum L.is a fern,it has a long history of medicinal use.Traditionally used to improve blood circulation and reduce fever.It is usually used to curing carbuncle,furuncle,scabies and eliminating the symptom of injurying from fall,chest and abdomen pain,snake bite,stomach pain,treatment of inflammation,including pediatric pneumonia,swollen boils,acute conjunctivitis and eye blepharitis.The main chemical components of the genus are flavonoids,oil,steroids,terpenes,organic acids and Sphingolipids.80 compounds have been isolated and identified from this genus.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the crude extract or monomer of Ophioglossum L.has a variety of pharmacological activities,such as anti-HBV,anti-gastric ulcer,antibacterial,antioxidant,promote wound healing and hemagglutination.In this paper,we systematically summarized and analyzed the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Ophioglossum L.,providing the scientific evidences for the rational use and comprehensive development of Ophioglossum L..
