摘要
测试夹具是连接测试系统与电源模块的装置,也是实现测试的必要装置,在测试系统中起着不可替代的作用,直接影响到测试的准确性、全面性、安全性。文章基于I9000电源模块测试系统,将测试需求融入到测试夹具设计中,利用通用硬件资源,采用系统资源独立输出连接,压流分开的原则,开发通用型测试环境、测试夹具,解决目前电源模块参数测试不全面、测试效率低以及大批量、多种类、多封装形式DC-DC电源模块测试需求的问题。
The test fixture is a device that connects the test system with the power module,it is also a necessary device to implement the test,and plays an irreplaceable role in the test system,directly affects the accuracy,integrity and safety of test.The paper based on I9000 power module test system,integrates the test requirements into the design of test fixture,utilizes the common hardware resources,the principle of independent connection of system resources and separation of voltage and current,exploiting a common test environment and test fixture,solves the problems of power module test with un-comprehensive parameters and low test efficiency and DC-DC power supply module test requirements with large batches,multiple categories,and varied encapsulation forms.
