摘要
活性炭是一种优异的吸附剂,由于其比表面积大、化学性能稳定、吸附性能好、易得、低成本等优良性能,已被广泛应用于废水处理。通过碳化过程在氩气保护下制备了高比表面积煤基活性炭,进一步将煤基活性炭粉末与海藻酸钠复合,合成了高比表面积中孔活性碳-海藻酸盐材料。吸附测试结果证实,样品表现出优异的罗丹明b吸附性能,对于100mg/L MB溶液,在pH=9.5、温度25℃时,最大吸附容量为230mg/g。
Activated carbon is an excellent adsorbent.It has been widely used in wastewater treatment because of its large specific surface area,stable chemical performance,good adsorption performance,easy availability and low cost.Coal-based activated carbon with high specific surface area was prepared by carbonization under argon protection.Coal-based activated carbon powder was further compounded with sodium alginate to synthesize mesoporous activated carbon alginate material with high surface area.The adsorption test results showed that the sample exhibited excellent rhodamine b adsorption performance.For 100 mg/L MB solution,at pH=9.5.the maximum adsorption capacity is 230 mg/g when the temperature is 25℃.
