“Four-Nature Features”:My Conception of Classroom Teaching

摘要 受中国传统生命教育思想的启发,基于对课堂教学的本体性思考、学生发展核心素养培育,以及多年的理论与实践探索,笔者从课堂教学的主体、目的、内容、过程、时间等维度提出了"四生性课堂"教学模式观。"四生性课堂"教学模式的内涵是指具有生命性、生长性、生成性和生活性的课堂教学模式;所秉持的教育理念有生命教育、师生平等、生长教学、生成教学、合作教学、参与教学、自主学习、教学民主,以及课程资源等;其理论基础主要是哲学之生命与人本理论,教育学之生命教育、教育目的、教育主体、课程内容、教育过程、教育策略,以及生活教育等理论。"四生性课堂"教学模式是一个"双向五维五环节"的立体结构,具有师生合作互动、知识能力方法与道德个性情感并重、过程和目的并重和生为本、学为主、无主题、全开放等鲜明特色。"四生性课堂"教学模式的教学策略有主体互动、读书指导、启发思考、情趣激活等。 Inspired by the traditional educational thought of life in China,based on the ontological thinking of classroom teaching,the cultivation of students’core competence and the author’s years of theoretical and practical exploration,this paper proposes the concept of“four-nature classroom”teaching mode from the dimensions of the subject,purpose,content,process and time of classroom teaching.The connotation of“four-nature classroom”teaching mode refers to the classroom teaching mode with life,growth,generative and livelihood.The educational concept of“four-nature classroom”is life education,equality between teachers and students,growth teaching,generate teaching,cooperative teaching,participation in teaching,autonomous learning teaching democracy and the teaching and curriculum resources,etc.The theoretical basis of“four-nature classroom”is mainly the theory of philosophy about life and humanism,the theory of life education,purpose of education,subject of education,course content,process of education,strategy of education,and the theory of live education and so on.The teaching mode of“four-nature classroom”is a three-dimensional structure of“two directions,five dimensions and five links”,which has the distinct characteristics of teacher-student cooperation and interaction,paying equal attention to the method of knowledge ability and the emotion of moral personality,paying equal attention to the process and purpose as well as the student-oriented,learning-oriented,theme-free and fully open.The teaching strategies of the“four-nature classroom”teaching mode are subject interaction,reading guidance,enlightening thinking and interest activation.
