摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病的规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响价值。方法选2017年1月至2018年3月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者110例为对象,将110例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。研究组实施规范化治疗,对照组实施保守治疗,观察两组患者的糖尿病发病率、妊娠相关性与新生儿结局情况。结果治疗后,研究组糖尿病病症显示的有2例,对照组糖尿病病症显示的有12例,两组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者妊娠期高血压病、剖宫产、羊水过多、早产与孕期感染发生率低于对照组患者,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胎儿畸形、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、巨大儿等出现率要明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病实施规范化治疗,可以对妊娠结局进行改善,降低孕妇妊娠风险性,有助于新生儿质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome.Methods From January 2017 to March 2018,110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group and control group with 55 patients in each group.The study group received standardized treatment and the control group received conservative treatment.The incidence of diabetes mellitus,pregnancy correlation and neonatal outcome were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,there were 2 cases of diabetes in the study group and 12 cases in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of hypertension complicating pregnancy,cesarean section and amniotic fluid was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fetal malformation,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and macrosomia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the outcome of pregnancy,reduce the risk of pregnancy of pregnant women,contribute to the quality of newborns,and be worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
