摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择我院2015年12月至2017年12月纳入的119例GDM患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为两组,对照组(59例)采用常规治疗,观察组(60例)采取规范化治疗,比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组患者的FBG及2 h PG水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的显性糖尿病、妊高症、剖宫产、羊水过多、早产、孕期感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对GDM患者采取规范化治疗可有效控制血糖水平,改善患者妊娠结局,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the impact of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） onpregnancy outcomes. Methods A total of 119 patients with GDM who were included in our hospital from December 2015to December 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. Thecontrol group （n=59） received conventional treatment, and the observation group （n=60） took standardized treatment.Pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of FBG and 2 h PG decreasedin both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences ofdominant diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, cesarean section, polyhydramnios, premature delivery and pregnancyinfection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of neonataladverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardizedtreatment for GDM patients can effectively control blood glucose levels and improve pregnancy outcomes, which is worthyof clinical promotion and application.
