摘要
习近平总书记从实现"两个一百年"伟大目标的历史高度,提出了关于金融发展和改革一系列重大判断、重要决策和明确要求,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的重要组成部分。他认为金融安全在经济社会发展全局中具有战略性、根本性的地位,要实现高质量发展必须跨越金融风险这一重大关口;强调金融要回归本源,其天职与宗旨就是服务于实体经济;强调应与国外构建货币金融多层次大流通推动中国金融市场现代化和全球化;始终要求坚持监管和创新并行,以增进人民群众的获得感和安全感;突出强调党对金融工作的领导,确保金融改革发展方向正确。
President Xi Jinping proposes a series of significant judgment,important decision and explicit requirement about financial development and reform from the historical heights of realizing the two centenary goals,the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream,which is the important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.He particularly emphasizes financial security and financial risk prevention and control,regarded financial security as an important part of national security,an important basis for the healthy development of economic balance,a strategic and fundamental event in the overall economic and social development.He stresses that financial risks is a major barrier that we must overcome to achieve high-quality development.He underlines the construction of multi-level and large-scale circulation in foreign countries in the field of monetary.He has always insisted on adhering to the parallel of supervision and innovation,innovating financial products and service means,accelerating the establishment of legal norms and regulatory systems.He highlights the party's leadership in financial work to ensure that financial reforms develop in the right way.
