摘要
随着临床内镜检查及麻醉技术的进步,越来越多的肠道疾病可通过无痛肠镜检查,辅助医生进行疾病的诊断,该检查方法有效减少了患者所承受的痛苦。老年患者身体各项机能减退,对于临床内镜检查的耐受性也随之降低。现对老年患者无痛肠镜检查中实施的合理的针对性护理策略进行简要综述,为明确以人为本的护理策略提供指导。
With the advancement of clinical endoscopic examination and anesthesia technology, more and more intestinal diseases can be examined by painless enteroscopy to assist doctors in the diagnosis of diseases. This method can effectively reduce the suffering of patients. In elderly patients, the tolerance to clinical endoscopy was also decreased due to the decrease of the body functions. In this article, the rational nursing strategy for aged patients is summarized by means of painless enteroscopy, so as to provide guidance for the care strategy based on people as the core.
