摘要
从河北省围场县某养殖场患病死亡的犊牛脏器样品中分离到1株优势菌株,对其进行常规形态学观察、生化鉴定、16S r DNA基因序列测定、动物致病性试验及药敏试验。结果显示,分离菌株的生化鉴定特性与粪肠球菌的生化鉴定特性相符;分离菌株16Sr DNA基因序列与粪肠球菌的同源性为96. 2%;在系统发育进化树上分离菌株与粪肠球菌聚为一簇;分离菌株对小白鼠具有一定的致病性,并将其命名为EFC QHD-1;分离菌株EFC QHD-1对替米考星、复方新诺明、卡那霉素等耐药;对环丙沙星、氟苯尼考、阿莫西林等敏感。
One dominant strain was isolated from a substantial organ sample of a diseased death calf in a farm in Weichang County,Hebei Province.It was subjected to routine morphological observation,biochemical identification,16S rDNA gene sequencing,animal pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility test.The results showed that the biochemical identification results of the isolate were consistent with Enterococcus faecalis ;the homology of the isolate with Enterococcus faecalis was 96.2% as determined by the 16S rDNA gene sequence;the isolates and Enterococcus faecalis clustered on the phylogenetic tree;the isolated strains had certain pathogenicity to mice,being named EFC QHD-1;the isolated strain EFC QHD-1 was resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole,tilmicosin and kanamycin,etc.and sensitive to ciprofloxacin,florfenicol and amoxicillin,etc.
