猪粪肠球菌的分离鉴定与药物敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解粤北某猪场细菌耐药情况,采集猪直肠粪样31份,通过对细菌的分离纯化培养、鉴别培养、革兰氏染色镜检及猪粪肠球菌特异性转录调控基因Ef0027 PCR扩增,分离到3株猪粪肠球菌.采用K-B法对猪粪肠球菌分离株进行药物敏感性分析,根据CLSI(2018)判定标准,检测猪粪肠球菌分离株的耐药表型.结果显示:3株粪肠球菌对11类38种药物总耐药率为69.3%,其中对磺胺类、林可胺类、苯丙醇类、四环素类、甲硝唑100%耐药,对头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、呋喃唑酮、青霉素类、氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、糖肽类耐药率分别为83.3%,77.8%,66.7%,44.4%,41.7%,41.7%,33.3%.说明由该猪场分离的粪肠球菌高度耐药,且多重耐药和交叉耐药现象严重. In order to understand the drug resistance of nterococcus faecalis in a pig farm in northern Guangdong,31 samples of pig rectal feces were collected.Through the isolation and purification of bacterium culture,differential culture,gram staining microscopy and PCR amplification of enterococcus swine faecalis specific transcription regulation gene Ef0027,three strains of enterococcus faecalis were isolated in this test.The drug sensitivity test of these three enterococcus swine faecalis isolates was analyzed by K-B method.According to CLSI(2018)criteria for enterococcus faecalis isolates,the resistance phenotypes of isolates were detected.The results showed that the total drug resistance rate is 69.3%to 38 drugs of 11 classes in 3 isolates.The isolates were 100%resistant to sulfonamides,Lincomycin,phenylpropanoL,tetracyclines and metronidazole,and with 83.3%for cephalosporins,77.8%for macrolides,66.7%for furazolidone,44.4%resistance rate for penicillins,41.7%for fluoroquinolones and aminoglycosides,and 33.3%for polypeptides.The result suggested that the isolates were highly resistant to antibiotic,and multi-drug resistance and cross-resistance is very serious in the strains.
