摘要
目的:探究前牙缺失患者实施即刻种植修复的价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月-2017年3月期间因前牙无法保留或缺失于本院行种植牙修复的80例患者的临床资料,根据患者不同的种植方式将其分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=34)。观察组给予即刻种植修复治疗,对照组给予延期种植修复治疗,观察比较两组种植牙成功和术后不同时间段种植体周围骨质吸收情况、红-白美学效果(PES-WES)及患者满意度评分。结果:种植修复后12个月进行随访观察,观察组和对照组的种植成功率分别为98.83%和99.18%。两组种植牙成功情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗修复后3、6、12个月,两组种植体周围骨质吸收情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。种植修复后12个月,两组PES、WES及对种植牙的整体外观、咬合能力及稳定性的满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接受即刻种植修复的患者,在种植牙愈合情况以及美学效果方面与延期修复的患者相当,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the value of immediate implant restoration in patients with anterior teeth loss.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with anterior teeth not retained or loss treated implant restoration in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different implant methods,they were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=34).The observation group was treated with immediate implant restoration,the control group was treated with delayed implant restoration.The success of dental implants,peri-implant bone resorption at different time after operation,pink and white esthetic score(PES-WES)and satisfaction scores of patients between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After implant restoration 12 months,the implant success rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.83%and 99.18%respectively.There was no significant difference in the success of dental implants between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the peri-implant bone resorption after treatment 3,6 and 12 months between the two groups(P>0.05).After implant restoration 12 months,there were no significant differences in PES,WES and satisfaction scores of overall appearance,occlusal ability and stability between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The patients accepting immediate implant restoration,their healing and aesthetic effect of dental implant are equivalent to those accepting delayed implant restoration.Immediate implant treatment is worth to be promoted.
