摘要
利用纤维素对高铁铝土矿进行溶出、还原,借助模型系统分析了不同温度下高铁铝土矿溶出、还原的动力学,并通过试验验证得出:最佳温度为280℃、NaOH浓度为180g/L,最佳铝溶出率、铁还原率分别为84%、81%。
Dissolution and reduction of high-iron bauxite by cellulose were carried out.Dissolution and reduction kinetics of high-iron bauxite at different temperatures were analyzed by means of model system.The experimental results show that aluminum dissolution rate and iron reduction rate is 84% and 81% respectively under the optimum conditions include temperature of 280℃and NaOH concentration of 180 g/L.
