高校本科生课堂消极行为与矫正策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 及时矫正高校本科生的课堂消极行为是教师实现课堂教学目标的重要条件,运用文献法和访谈法,以国内一所地方院校本科生为例,从学生选择座位、非听课行为、课堂参与及迟到旷课现象四个方面总结学生的课堂消极行为。再从教师课前没有认真备课、没有采取有效的课程考核方法、学生自主学习的主人翁意识淡薄、学校对教师的激励机制不健全和国家对高校本科教育管理不到位等方面分析学生课堂消极行为存在的主要原因。最后从教师要做好充分的课前备课工作、制定并执行课程考核奖惩机制、学校应不断优化调整专业课程体系、建立完善的教师职称评审机制、国家与学校要善于发挥学生专业课程成绩的作用等五个方面提出学生课堂消极行为的矫正策略。 Timely correcting the negative behavior of the undergraduates in the classroom is an important requirement for teachers to achieve the goal of classroom teaching.Taking the undergraduates at a local university in China as an example,this paper analyzes the classroom negative behavior of the students in terms of four aspects:the students'choice of seats,the absented class behavior,the classroom participation,and absentee.Meanwhile,this paper explores the main reasons for this from the aspects of the teachers'not insufficient class preparation,the ineffective curriculum assessment methods,the incapable of students'autonomous learning,the imperfect incentive mechanism for teachers,and the inadequate management of undergraduate education at a state level.Finally,the paper puts forward five strategies to correct students'negative classroom behaviors,including the teachers'adequate pre-class preparation,the formulation and implementation of the reward and punishment mechanism for the course assessment,the schools'continuous optimization and adjustment of the professional curriculum system,the establishment of a sound evaluation mechanism for teachers'professional qualification,and the role of giving full recognition to students'professional curriculum achievements at both state and school levels.
