摘要
利用近红外谷物分析仪与凯氏定氮仪分别对20份国产大豆样品中的粗蛋白含量进行比较,再用两种方法多次重复测定同一份大豆样品粗蛋白含量,计算各自的标准偏差和变异系数。结果发现,在所测定样品的含量范围内,相同样品用两种分析方法偏差均小于1 g/100 g,相对相差均小于2%,结果基本吻合。从精密度上对比,近红外谷物分析仪法稳定性好,分析结果准确、可靠、快速,近红外分析仪测定优于凯氏定氮测定法。
In this paper,with comparing the crude protein content of 20 domestic soybean samples tested by near-infrared grain analyzer and Kjeldahl nitrogen determinator,and testing the crude protein content of one soybean sample repeatedly by the two methods,the respective standard deviation and coefficient of variation were calculated. It’ s found that the results are basically the same,for within the range of the content of the samples,the deviation of the same sample by both methods is less than 1 g/100 g and the relative differences are all less than 2%. In terms of precision,equipped with good stability and more accurate,reliable and fast results,the near-infrared grain analyzer is superior to the Kjeldahl method.
