摘要
采用储备库四级菜籽油样品分装后分别在15℃、25℃、40℃环境条件下,模拟油罐密封储藏,研究油脂的色泽、酸价、过氧化值、溶剂残留、脂肪酸组成储存品质变化情况。研究结果表明:不同储存温度下,随着储存时间的延长,酸价、过氧化值、色泽明显增加,溶残、脂肪酸组成基本没有变化。在同样的储存条件下,低温更有利于油脂储存。
4-grade rapeseed oil in the reserve was studied after partial shipments. Oil color,acid value,peroxide value,solvent residue,the fatty acid composition of the rapeseed oil were detected in 15 ℃,25 ℃ and 40 ℃ environment conditions,the research results show that in the different storage temperatures,as the extension of storage time,acid value,peroxide value,colour is significantly increased,soluble residues,the fatty acid composition of basic did not change. Under the same storage conditions,low temperature is more benifit to oil storage.
