摘要
分析铸铝合金导体电镀银后电阻值超标的原因,并通过一系列新旧工艺的对比试验分析,找到了解决铸铝合金导体电镀银后电阻值超标的新方法,经过大量的实际生产验证,认为铸铝合金导体镀银新工艺对于解决铸铝合金导体电镀银后电阻值超标问题是可行的。
This paper analyzes the reason why the resistance values of the cast aluminum alloy conductors exceed the standard values when they were silver-plated,and found a simpler,more economical and easy-to-operate new method to solve this problem by some experiments with old and new technologies. After a large amount of the production certifying,the author deems that the new silver plating technology to the cast aluminum alloy conductors are feasible to solve the problem that resistances exceed the standard values.
