摘要
冠心病与抑郁症关系密切,两者常相互影响,合并存在。文章基于疾病的发生、发展及演变规律,运用中医学病证结合的优势,从心肝阴阳相关、五行共济、经脉络属、气血互调、七情相系等理论出发,以气血、藏象学说为支撑,结合人体局部与整体、心理与社会等特点,系统探讨了冠心病合并抑郁由肝失疏泄、心脉不畅到心肝互损、情志异常的病机演变过程,提出行气解郁,益气活血,心肝同调是本病的基本治法,以期为本病的中医病因病机理论及临床治疗提供一定的参考依据。
Coronary heart disease is closely related to depression and these two diseases are commonly affected with each other or happen simultaneously. In the paper,in terms of the occurrence,development and evolvement rule of the diseases,on the base of the advantages of the integration of disease and syndrome in TCM,the correlation of yin and yang of the heart and liver,the coordination of five elements,meridian and collateral relationship,inter-regulation of qi and blood as well as the seven emotional relationship and supported by the doctrines of qi,blood and zangxiang,as well as the connection between the local and the whole in the human body,and between the mental condition and social situation,the pathogenesis evolvement of the coronary heart disease complicated with depression was explored systematically,i. e. dysfunction of liver qi in maintaining the free flow of qi,retarded circulation of heart meridian,the injury of the heart and liver and the abnormal emotional changes. It was proposed that promoting qi circulation,removing stagnation,activating blood circulation and the mutual regulation of the heart and liver were the basic therapeutic method so as to provide the references for the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases and the clinical treatment in TCM.
