摘要
基于当前中国工会新一轮改革探索背景下,高校工会作为高校内部组织系统的重要组成部分,其实际工作与组织的基本职能在履行过程中存在偏差。通过对高校工会在职能发挥方面存在的问题进行调查、分析后,尝试更有针对性地寻求解决问题的对策。文章重在对改革路径的思考,对具体措施和方案期待继续的探讨。
Under the background of a new round of reform and exploration of China's trade unions,as an important part of the internal organization systemof colleges and universities,the actual work of university trade union and the basic function of organization are deviated in the process of performance.After investigating and analyzing the problems existing in the functions of university trade unions,the author tries to find solutions to the problems more pertinently.This paper focuses on the thinking of the reformpath,and discusses the concrete measures and the plan.
