摘要
高等院校无论是实行党委领导下的校长负责制,还是教授委员会集体决策基础上的校长负责制,教职工的主人翁地位是不可改变的。坚持教代会的地位和作用是学校教职工行使民主权利的基本保障,是贯彻落实全心全意依靠工人阶级指导方针的具体体现,是中国特色现代大学管理制度的内在要求,是树立和落实中国特色社会主义工会维权观的客观需要。
In colleges and universities,whether they are the president responsibility system implemented under the leadership of the party,or based on collective decision-making of Professor Committee,the status of faculty ownership is irreversible.Adhering to the status and role of the teachers＇ congress is the basic protection for the school faculty to exercise their democratic rights,the specific embodiment to implement the guidelines of wholeheartedly relying on working class,the inherent requirement of a modern university management system with Chinese characteristics,and the objective need for establishing and implementing the right-protecting view of socialism trade unions with Chinese characteristics.
