摘要
十九大报告指出青年一代的成长奋斗与国家创新发展深度融合,高校是培养中国特色社会主义接班人的基地,大学生的创新创业能力高低影响新时代中国特色社会主义建设的质量与速度。本文从思想政治教育和师资队伍建设对大学生创新创业培养的影响进行讨论。
The nineteen report points out that the growth and struggle of the young generation is deeply integrated with national innovation and development.Colleges and universities are the important position for training the successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the undergraduate is related to the construction of China.The influence of ideological-political education,teaching staff on the cultivation of the undergraduate' innovation and entrepreneurship was discussed.
