摘要
近年来,生态环境急剧恶化迫使我国全面打响了环境整治保卫战,流域生态补偿标准作为国家长期实行的资源环境经济保护策略,在实际应用中也存在诸多不足。对此,本文重点研究我国流域生态补偿标准实施问题及完善对策,望对相关部门开展工作有些许参考意义。
In recent years,the rapid deterioration of ecological environment has forced our country to launch a comprehensive defense war of environmental remediation.As a long-term national strategy of economic protection of resources and environment,the ecological compensation standard of river basin also has many shortcomings in practical application.In view of this,this paper focuses on the implementation of ecological compensation standards in China watershed and the improvement of the countermeasures,hope that the relevant departments to carry out the work has some reference significance.
