摘要
高等教育国际化带来的广域性发展重构了高校思政政治教育话语的语境,冲击和挤压了思想政治教育话语的权力空间。文章结合教育国际化对人才培养的要求,提出国际化进程中文化对比、师生对比、中西学生工作对比对辅导员思想政治教育话语的影响和挑战,提出辅导员应提高理论和学术水平,加强多角色话语整合能力,提升国际化视野,优化话语策略。
The extensive regionaldevelopment brought by higher education internationalization has reconstructedthe discourse context of ideological and political education, and has impactedand squeezed the power space of relevant education discourse. Based on the demands of the educationinternationalization onto the talents training, this paper puts forward theinfluences and challenges of the cultural contrast,teacher-student contrastand contrast between Chinese and Western students on the counselors’ ideologicaland political education discourse. This paper also maintains that counselorsshould improve their theoretical and academic level, strengthen multi-rolediscourse integration ability, enhance their international visions andoptimize discourse strategies.
