不同碳源在城镇生活污水处理厂的生产性对比 被引量:2

Full-scale Research on Effect of Different Types of Carbon Sources for Nitrogen Removal in Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 鉴于我国生活污水普遍存在C/N比偏低的特性,为了达到日益严格的出水标准,投加外碳源已成为我国污水处理厂实现TN高标准达标排放的主要解决方法。为了解不同碳源在污水处理厂的应用效果,本试验分别使用新型复合碳源BioC-1M、葡萄糖(工业葡萄糖和食用级葡萄糖)作为外加碳源,在泸州某污水处理厂进行了不同碳源的生产性对比研究。运行结果表明:在进水条件和运行条件相同的情况下,新型碳源BioC-1M的投加量仅为工业葡萄糖的1/4,为食用葡萄糖的2/3,而出水TN、TP的平均浓度更低,达到准IV类出水标准的次数和稳定性也更好;BioC-1M由多种短链有机物复配的专利产品,其成分可完全被生物降解,对出水COD不会产生影响;处理相同水量产生的污泥量仅为原处理方式的70%。因此,复合碳源BioC-1M与单一葡萄糖碳源相比有利于提高污水处理厂的环境效益和经济效益。 In view of the low C/N ratio of domestic sewage in China, in order to meet the increasingly stringent effluent standards, adding external carbon sources has become the main solution to achieve TN discharge standards in sewage treatment plants. In order to investigate the treatment effect of different carbon sources in municipal wastewater treatment plants, the novel complex BioC-1 M and glucose(industrial glucose and edible glucose) were applied as additional carbon sources in Wastewater Treatment Plant. The results obtained from thirty days operation showed that the dosage of BioC-1 M was only 1/4 of industrial glucose and 2/3 of edible glucose under the same influent and operation conditions, while the average concentration of TN and TP in effluent was lower, the number of times meeting the quasi-four effluent standards were more as well as the effluent was more stable. BioC-1 M is composed of substances that can be completely biodegraded. It has no effect on the COD of effluent. When the same amount of wastewater is treated, the sludge production is only 70% of the original treatment mode. Therefore, compared with the single glucose carbon source, the composite carbon source BioC-1 M can improve the environmental and economic benefits of the sewage treatment plant.
