摘要
目的:观察电针与康复训练措施对脑出血偏瘫患者疗效的观察。方法:将52例脑出血偏瘫患者随机分为电针组(n=26)与康复训练组(n=26)。康复训练组患者在常规中西医结合治疗方法的基础上予以康复训练,电针组患者在常规中西医结合治疗方法基础上给予电针治疗,观察两组治疗效果并进行统计分析。结果:治疗后电针组的日常生活能力、运动功能以及生存质量均较治疗前有所改善,与康复训练组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与康复训练组相比,电针组具有明显的治疗效果,不仅能促进脑出血偏瘫患者的站立负重能力,并且能改善患者行走能力的恢复,有效降低患者致残率,改善生活质量,值得临床应用推广。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the electric acupuncture and rehabilitation training measures to the cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 52 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into electric acupuncture and rehabilitation training.Patients in the rehabilitation training group were given rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment;patients in the electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment;the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment the curative group ability of daily life,motor function and life quality was improved,the difference was statistically significant compared with rehabilitation training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect compared with rehabilitation training,not only can promote cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia standing load ability,and can improve the recovery of patients ability to walk,effectively reduce patient morbidity,improve the quality of life,worth clinical promotion.
