摘要
目的观察电针配合现代神经康复技术对脑出血患者肢体功能的影响。方法病程在2周内的偏瘫患者68例随机分为两组,均给予常规药物治疗,实验组配合电针及现代神经康复技术为主治疗,对照组仅采用现代神经康复技术治疗。治疗前及治疗后4周、8周均采用Fugl-Meyer及Barthel指数评定疗效。结果两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer及Barthel指数比较,实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针配合现代神经康复技术可以明显改善脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture in combination with rehabilitation technique on the recovery of limb function in the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-eight patients with new onset of hemiplegia within two weeks were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Besides conventional medification treatment,the treatment group received combined electroacupuncture and rehabilitation treatment,and the control group received only rehabilitation treatment.The patients were assessed by Fugl-Meyer and Barthel indices before treatment and 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results The Fugl-Meyer and Barthel indices of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture in combination with neural rehabilitation technique can effectively improve the limb function of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia.
