摘要
以紫皮石斛、西洋参为主要原料,研制具有增强免疫力功能的颗粒剂。通过正交试验,筛选最佳提取工艺;试制紫皮石斛西洋参颗粒,并进行增强免疫力功能评价。正交试验结果表明紫皮石斛西洋参颗粒的最佳提取工艺为:西洋参先用30倍量70%乙醇回流提取3 h,再与紫皮石斛一起加30倍量水,提取2次,每次4 h。增强免疫力功能实验结果显示其具有增强小鼠免疫力的功能。紫皮石斛西洋参颗粒具有良好的开发保健食品的潜力。
Granule with enhancing immunity were developed with the use of Dendrobium devonianum and Panax quinquefolium as main raw materials.The optimal extraction process of the Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule was determined by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best extraction process of the Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule was that:the Panax quinquefolium were extracted with 30 times amount of 70%ethanol for 3 hours,and then reflux extraction with 30 times amount of water together with Dendrobium devonianum for 2 times,each time for 4 hours.Moreover,the effect of Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule on immunity of mice was studied.Result showed that Dendrobium devonianum Panax quinquefolium Granule had function of enhancing immunity of mice.
