摘要
齿瓣石斛植株在自然状态下分植繁殖速度较慢,种子极小,且胚发育不完全,不易发芽,须借助共生菌类供给养料才能萌发。文章对齿瓣石斛的最适萌发胚龄,最佳萌芽、增殖培养基,不同激素、天然提取物对胚培养的影响进行了研究。
Under the natural conditions, Dendrobium devonianum has the characteristics of slow speed of propagation and ramification, tinny seed, undeveloped embryo, hard to germinate, sprouting ordy with the help of the nutriment from symbiosis fungus. The paper studies the most favorable embryo age for germination, optimum culture medium, impacts of different hormones and natural extractant on embryo breeding of Dendmbium devonianum.
