摘要
以秋石斛兰小苗的茎尖为材料,进行离体繁殖研究,结果表明:原球茎诱导以NX+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.15 mg·L^(-1)培养基较好,诱导率达57.7%;原球茎块在NX+6-BA 1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L^(-1)培养基上增殖效果好,35 d增殖达7.52倍,接入的原球茎块体积大,增殖倍数高,在接种后20~30 d是原球茎增殖最快的时期;原球茎在MS+6-BA 3,0 mg·L^(-1)培养基上出芽多,50 d可分化出38.1个小芽,接种后40~50 d,分化出芽数增加最快;生根培养以1/2 MS+IBA 0.4 mg·L^(-1)最好,生根率达98.7%。
A study of propagation of in vitro dendrobium was made by using the stalk tip of
dendrobium youngling, which showed that the better propagation medium for protocorm guide was
NX+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.15 mg·L^(-1), the guide rate reached to 57. 7%; Proliferation effect
was good while NX+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.2 mg·L^(-1)used as propagation medium, it increased
to 7.52 times after having been transplanted for 35 days, proliferation speed was the fastest during 20
to 30 days; The protocorm produced many shoots when MS+6-BA3.0 mg·L^(-1) as the culture
medium, 38.1 small shoots after 50 days, while the shoot increase was the fastest during 40 to 50
days; The best medium for root culture was 1/2 MS+IBA0.4 mg·L^(-1), the growth rate reached to
98.7%.
