摘要
高压输电电缆在日常输电工作中承担着重要的责任,直接关系到区域电力输送的整体安全和电力系统的综合运行质量。但是,高压输电电缆作为高消耗品,对其安全管理工作不容疏忽。因此,首先探讨了高压输电电缆的安全管理意义,并基于全寿命管理理念深入思考了高压输电电缆的全过程,并对安全管理技术的应用加以分析。
High voltage transmission cable bears important responsibilities in daily transmission work,which is directly related to the overall safety of regional power transmission and the comprehensive operation quality of power system.However,as a high-consumption product,the safety management of high-voltage transmission cable should not be neglected.This paper first discusses the safety management significance of high voltage transmission cable,and further considers the application of full process safety management technology of high voltage transmission cable based on the concept of life-span management.
