摘要
步进电机作为伺服电机的一种,在许多精准定点定位的情景中都有应用,然而受限于控制系统不灵便,影响了其进一步的应用。计算机的出现则打破了这一僵局,以计算机为核心的控制系统为步进伺服电机的应用提供了出路。文中首先对步进电机进行简单的概述,简单介绍了步进电机以及步进电机应用的难点,接下来从总体分析,再到硬件软件的电路设计布局,输入信号设计布局,主程序运行方式及相关管控措施,介绍一种以计算机为核心的步进伺服电机控制系统。
As a kind of servo motor,the stepper motor has the corresponding application in the situation of many precise fixedpoint positioning,but it is restricted to the control system and affects its further application.The emergence of computers has broken the deadlock.The computer centered control system has provided a way for the application of stepping servo motors.This article first makes a simple overview of the stepping motor,briefly introduces the difficulties of the step motor and the step motor,and then introduces a computer based step from the overall analysis,to the layout of the hardware and software,the layout of the input signal,the operation mode of the main program and the related control measures.Take the motor control system.
