摘要
步进伺服电机是一种带数字编码器的驱动元件,DSP具有优异的数字接口和运算能力,DSP和步进伺服电机组成的步进伺服驱动系统具有高性价比和高可靠性等优点。设计了一种基于DSP控制的步进伺服驱动器,用于塔式光热发电的定日镜控制,该定日镜采用双轴转动结构,采用闭环控制,目前已完成工程应用,具有良好的效率、运行精度和稳定性。
Stepper servo motor is a kind of driving device with digital encoder,DSP is capable of abundant digital interface and excellent computing power,stepper servo drive system composed by DSP and stepper servo motor has the advantages of high performance-price ratio,high reliability,etc.This paper designs a stepper servo driver based on DSP controlling,which is used in the heliostat control of solar-thermal power generation tower.The heliostat adopts biaxial rotating structure and adopts closed-loop control.Now it has been used in engineering practice,with good efficiency,operational accuracy and stability.
