摘要
中医体质研究在老年人慢性病管理中具有重要意义,已逐渐成为老年人慢性病研究中的热点问题。本文从中医体质学出发,对老年慢性病患者的中医体质类型分布特点进行分析,并从个体因素、家庭环境因素、社会心理因素方面对老年慢性病患者生活质量的预测因素进行综述,旨在为今后国内开展老年慢性病患者中医体质类型及其生活质量影响因素关系的研究提供理论依据。
The study of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has an important significance in the management of elderly patients with chronic diseases and has gradually become a hot issue in elderly patients with chronic diseases. According to the constitution of TCM, this paper summarize the characteristics of the constitution of TCM in elderly patients with chronic diseases, and reviewe the predictive factors of quality of life for elderly patients with chronic diseases in terms of individual factors, family environment factors, and social psychological factors. Meanwhile,the aim of the paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the relationship between the types of TCM and the influencing factors of quality of life in elderly patients with chronic diseases.
