摘要
目的基于供方视角了解长沙市医养结合型养老机构现状及发展期望.方法应用现象学研究方法,选取长沙市5家医养结合机构的管理人员或从事医养结合养老服务工作的人员共6名进行半结构式深度访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析.结果医养结合型养老机构现阶段面临服务内容不全面、老人入住困难、医养结合人才缺乏、内部绩效考核制度不规范等问题.结论应优化医养结合机构服务质量,打造中国特色中医药医养结合养老模式,鼓励多元资本投入,落实长期护理保险制度,加强医养结合人才队伍建设,让老年人老有所依,老有所靠.
Objective To understand the current situation and development expectations of Changsha's integrated treatment and nursing pension institutions from the perspective of suppliers.Methods Using the phenomenological research method,a total of six managers from five integrated treatment and nursing pension institutions or those engaged in medical and elderly care services in Changsha were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews,and the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results The integrated treatment and nursing pension institutions are currently facing problems such as incomplete service content,difficulties in the elderly staying in,lack of medical and nursing talents,and nonstandard internal performance appraisal system.Conclusion It is necessary to optimize the service quality of integrated treatment and nursing pension institutions,create a Chinese characteristic traditional Chinese medicine integrated treatment and nursing model,encourage diversified capital investment,implement the long-term care insurance system,and strengthen the construction of integrated treatment and nursing,so that the elderly can have support to rely on.
