摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,人才是关键。新型职业农民作为乡村振兴的主力军,对其培育是重中之重。乡村学院作为新型职业农民培育的新载体,是政府、学校、科研机构、企业和地方等共同打造的合作新平台,是农村成人教育发展的新方向。通过建设乡村学院,改进农村成人教育,拓展培育新型职业农民的思路,从而为乡村振兴提供人力资源支撑。
Talent is the key to implement the rural revitalization strategy, the cultivation of new professional farmers, as the main force of rural revitalization, is placed at the top level among other crucial elements. Rural college, a new carrier for the cultivation of new professional farmer is a new cooperative platform jointly built by the government, institutions, scientific research institutions, enterprises and local governments, and holds a new development direction of rural adult education. Through the construction of rural college,improve rural adult education,expand the thinking of cultivating new professional farmers, so as to provide human resource support for rural revitalization.
