摘要
研究通过复配表面活性剂将纳米三氧化钼分散进润滑油中,然后采用透射电镜,紫外分光光度计检测分散效果并对热稳定性进行了研究。实验结果表明:纳米三氧化钼能够均匀分散于基础润滑油中,不分层不沉淀,且能得到的热稳定性较强的分散液。
In this study,nano-molybdenum trioxide was dispersed into lubricating oil by compounding surfactant,and then the dispersion effect was examined by transmission electron microscopy( TEM),ultraviolet spectrophotometer and thermal stability was studied. The experimental results show that the nanometer molybdenum trioxide can be uniformly dispersed in the base lubricating oil,without delamination and precipitation,and the dispersion with strong thermal stability can be obtained.
