摘要 采用自制的分散剂和C.I颜料红22滤饼制备了不同粒径的超细涂料。分析了颜料粒径变化与体系稳定性的关系,探讨了颜料粒径大小与其染色性能的关系实验结果表明·制备超细冷料较佳条件是研磨转速为2400rpm,研磨时间3小时,分散剂用量为3%(W/W)、颜料粒径小于220nm时,体系的稳定性较好。 Ultra-fine pigments with different sizes were prepared using self-made disperser and C.I. pigment red 22 wet cake, the relationships between pigment sizes and the stability of system were analyzed and the effects of different sizes of pigments on the performance of coloration were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for preparing ultra-fine pigments were as follows: milling speed was 2400 rotate speed per minute, milling time was 3 hours and the dosage of dispersant was 3%(w/w). When the particle size was less than 220nm, the system showed a good stability, and moreover the high value of the K/S and the fastness could be got using this ultra-fine pigment.
