摘要
服务业是当前和今后一段时期内对外开放的重点领域之一,北京是全国服务业扩大开放的领跑者。本文将统计数据和大数据相结合,构建了包括实力水平、创新驱动、产业转型、发展活力、开放水平5个一级指标和33个二级指标的北京市服务业扩大开放综合水平监测指标体系。以朝阳区为例,对2014年以来服务业扩大开放的进展与水平进行了测度,得出服务业扩大开放发展态势良好、创新驱动和开放水平是主要动因等基本结论,并在此基础上提出了对策建议。
The service industry is one of the key areas for opening-up in the current and future,and Beijing is the leader of expansion of opening-up of service industry across the country.This paper uses statistical data and big data to construct an indicator system which includes strength-level,innovation-drive,industrial-transformation,development-vitality,openlevel 5 first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators.Using the indicator system and taking Chaoyang district as an example,this paper attempts to measure the progress and level of expansion of opening-up of service industry in Beijing since 2014.It can be concluded that:the expansion of opening-up of service industry is in good shape;innovation-driven and open-level are the main motivations.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward.
