摘要
从产业和社会两个层面构建指标体系,测算2006～2016年我国30个省份的高质量发展水平,构建空间计量模型实证检验扩大开放、全要素生产率对我国高质量发展的影响。结果表明:以扩大进口和引进外资为衡量指标的扩大开放对我国产业和社会高质量发展产生显著促进作用;提高全要素生产率有效推动了我国高质量发展,且引进外资还在一定程度上促进了全要素生产率提升;金融业扩张和地方政府宏观调控也是高质量发展的显著影响因素。
This paper constructs the index system from two levels of industry high quality development and society high quality development and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the level of high quality development of 30 provinces of China from 2006 to 2016. And it constructs spatial econometric models to test the impact of opening-up and total factor productivity on the high-quality development. The results show that, enlarging the import and introducing foreign capital has a significant effect on the high-quality development of industry and society. The improvement of total factor productivity is of great significance to the high-quality development of industry and society, and the introduction of foreign capital has also promoted the level of total factor productivity. The development of financial industry and the management of governments is also an influencing factor of high-quality development.
