摘要
目的探讨地佐辛联合丙泊酚在门诊无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年1—12月该院100例门诊无痛胃肠镜检查患者为研究对象,根据不同的麻醉方法将入选者分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组患者单用丙泊酚麻醉,研究组患者给予地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果、镇痛效果及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者意识消失时间比较差异无统计学意义[(43.16±5.22)s vs.(43.28±5.17)s(t=0.1155,P>0.05)],研究组术后唤醒时间、定向力恢复时间及丙泊酚用量均显著少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义[术后唤醒时间(5.58±1.65)min vs.(7.83±2.02)min (t=6.099 9,P<0.05)];定向力恢复时间[(8.06±0.31)min vs.(13.52±2.13)min (t=17.936 9,P<0.05)];丙泊酚用量[(105.21±3.88)mgvs.(156.63±5.24)mg (t=55.764 9,P<0.05)],研究组及对照组镇痛有效率分别为94.00%、72.00%,不良反应发生率分别为6.00%、18.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2镇痛有效率=8.575 5,χ~2不良反应发生率=6.818 2,P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉及镇痛效果显著,且不良反应少,值得在门诊无痛胃肠镜检查中应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of dextrozine combined with propofol on painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in outpatients.Methods From January to December 2017,100 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital were selected as subjects.According to different anesthesia methods,the convenient selected patients were divided into control group and study group,50 patients in each group.Anesthetized with propofol,the patients in the study group were given esozin combined with propofol anesthesia,the anesthetic effect,analgesic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the time of disappearance of consciousness between the two groups [(43.16±5.22) s vs.(43.28±5.17) s (t=0.115 5,P>0.05)],postoperative wake-up time,orientation recovery time and The amount of propofol was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant [postoperative wake-up time (5.58±1.65) min vs.(7.83±2.02) min (t=6.099 9,P<0.05)];Directional force recovery time [(8.06±0.31) min vs.(13.52 ± 2.13) min (t=17.936,9,P<0.05)];propofol dosage [(105.21 ± 3.88) mg vs.(156.63±5.24) mg (t=55.764 9,P<0.05)],the analgesic effective rate of the study group and the control group were 94.00%,72.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions were 6.00% and 18.00%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2 Analgesia effective rate = 8.575 5,χ^2 adverse reaction rate = 6.818 2,P<0.05).Conclusion Dazosin combined with propofol anesthesia and analgesic effect,and less adverse reactions,it is worthy of application in the outpatient painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.
