摘要 基于文献回顾和胜任力理论框架,采用小组讨论的方式拟订护理人员岗前培训大纲雏形。采用Delphi法开展3轮专家咨询,对培训大纲进行修改完善,最终构建出基于岗位胜任力的护理人员岗前培训大纲。该大纲共有9个培训项目、31项培训内容,共80个培训学时,完成整个培训约需2周时间,可以为有关地区和单位组织开展新进护理人员岗前培训提供参考。 Based on literature review and competency theory framework,a pre-job training program for nurses was formulated by group discussion.Three rounds of expert consultation were carried out by Delphi method to revise and improve the training program.Finally,a pre-job training program for nurses based on post competency was constructed.There were 9 training items and 31 items training contents,total of 80 training hours,the completion of the entire training took about 2 weeks,so as to provide reference for pre-job training of new nurses in the relevant regions and units.
