摘要
[目的]分析北京市农村地区老年人健康自评与社会支持的现状及关系。[方法]采用立意二阶段抽样的方法,对北京4个远郊县(区)的老人进行问卷调查,利用描述性统计、相关分析和多元回归分析等统计学方法对收集的数据进行分析。[结果]共发放问卷420份,回收有效问卷为405份,问卷有效率为96.4%。调查老年人的健康自评平均分为76.77分、社会支持总分为30.9分;单因素分析发现,农村老年人健康自评与社会支持相关;多元回归分析发现,社会支持中的主观支持能明显提高农村老年人健康自评分值,家庭成员的关心和照顾、同事的关心能明显增加老人的健康自评。[结论]样本地区农村老年人的健康自评和社会支持水平偏低,其健康自评与社会支持相关,增加社会支持中的主观支持能明显提高老农村年人的健康水平。要加强农村老年人的社会支持力度,尤其是加强对老人的情感关心和支持等主观支持因素,有助于提高老年人的健康水平。
Objective s Analyze status quo and relationship between health self-assessment and social support of the elderly in Beijing rural areas.Methods It used determined two-stage sampling method to conduct questionnaire to the elderly from four outer suburbs county of Beijing,analyzed collected data by statistical method of descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analysis.Results It gave out 420 questionnaires and 405 were valid samples,effective rate was 96.4%.Average score of health self-assessment of the elderly was 76.77.Total social support score was 30.9.Single factor analysis found that it was related between health self-assessment and social support of the elderly in Beijing rural areas.Multivariate regression analysis found that subjective support of social support would improve health self-assessment score of rural elderly obviously,of which the family and colleagues supporting and care would definitely improve health self-assessment score of rural elderly.Conclusions The health self-assessment and social support level of the elderly in rural area is low,and health self-assessment is related to social support.Increase subjective support of social support that it would improve health level for rural elderly.Strengthen social support for rural elderly,in especial subjective support factors like emotion care and support,contribute to improve health level for rural elderly.
