导电橡胶综合特性自动检测系统设计及实现

摘要 为了提高导电橡胶的检测精度与效率,研制了一套导电橡胶综合特性自动检测系统,该系统可以检测导电橡胶的力学特性与电学特性。首先,利用FPGA驱动步进电机,控制加压装置对被测导电橡胶进行自动施压;同时,利用光栅位移传感器测量导电橡胶的形变,利用压力传感器测量相应的压力变化,利用单稳态触发器电路测量导电橡胶的电阻值;最后,根据采集的数据绘制压力-位移曲线、电阻-位移曲线,并对测量结果进行分析。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现导电橡胶综合特性的自动检测。 In order to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of conductive rubber,the automatic testing system for mechanical and electrical properties of conductive rubber was designed.The stepping motor driven by FPGA was used to automatically control the pressure device for the conductive rubber.The deformation of the conductive rubber was measured by the grating sensor.The pressure value was measured by the pressure sensor.The resistance value of conductive rubber was measured by the monostable trigger circuit.The resistance-displacement curve and pressure-displacement curve were drawn by the measured data.The experimental result shows that the system can test the comprehensive properties of conductive rubber automatically.
