摘要
Photo Diagram是在火灾现场平面图中,记录和绘制火灾现场照片的相关信息,将现场照相与平面图有机结合,帮助后期审阅照片卷的人员理解调查过程和事实。引进美国火灾现场照相的做法,结合我国火灾现场照相相关要求,建立了一套基于照片导向图的火灾现场照相方法。在一实际案例中,该方法得到了具体应用和验证,可有效提高火灾事故调查中固定和提取证据的水平。
Fire scene photographs are laid on a floor plan. This method can help viewers who are unfamiliar with the fire scene understand the investigative opinions and conclusions. This paper introduces American’s good practice in fire scene photography and establishes a new method with the integration of China’s requirement of the fire scene photography. In a fire,an investigator utilized this method to evaluate the usefulness. Its results prove this method is helpful in improving the positioning and extracting of the evidence at the fire scene.
