摘要
视频监控录像在证据类别上属视听资料,是火灾事故调查的重要证据之一,不但可以作为认定火灾原因的直接证据,而且可以开拓现场勘验思路,为原因排查工作提供有力支撑。从视频监控录像的证据特点入手,结合案例深入分析了应用监控录像服务火灾事故调查的方法、原则及注意的问题。
Video surveillance tapes belong to video evidence and are important proofs in a fire investigation. They are used as direct proofs of fire causes, open the way to fire investigations. This paper explains the investigation methods and principles and some problems based on camera tapes.
